Soft Wash vs. Pressure Wash
Standard pressure washing uses 2,000 to 4,000 PSI to blast dirt off surfaces. This can strip paint, gouge wood, and force water behind siding where it causes mold growth.
Soft washing uses less than 500 PSI—about the same as a garden hose. The cleaning is done by a biodegradable solution that kills the biological growth (algae, mold, mildew) rather than just knocking the top layer off.
